Terms and Conditions

1. What does the monthly price include? 

Typically, unless there is an explicit agreement, the monthly price you’ll be paying to the landlord/landlady covers the monthly rent, the monthly community of owners fee and rubbish collection taxes.

2. What is not included in the monthly rent? 

In rare occasions the owner of the apartment would like to include services/bills such as internet, electricity or water consumption in the price of the monthly rent, and depending on the length of the tenancy agreement, the tenant may want to put the bills under his/her name. 

3. What is the minimum length of the stay/tenancy agreement duration? 

Accomsorted deals with medium term (contrato de arrendamiento de temporada) or long term rentals (contrato de arrendamiento de vivienda) and not with holiday rentals (arrendamientos de uso turístico). It is hard to establish a minimum length as it will depend on the temporada term. Please reach out to for advice if you have questions around this topic. 

4. How do I book the apartment? 

Future tenants will pay the equivalent to the first month of the rent via Accomsorted, this payment guarantees that the apartment will be reserved to the future tenant hence the landlord engages to rent it to the future tenant (contrato de arras). An additional 50% of the value of the rent of the first month is to be paid to Accomsorted to cover Accomsorted fees. The deposit and subsequent monthly rent will be paid directly to the landlord and not via Accomsorted Platform. 

5. What documentation I need to present? 

When the tenant is an individual, they are typically requested to present proof of identity (passport, ID card or similar), three last payslips and proof of latest address. When the tenant is a company, please contact us at Accomsorted or at www.vidalmarinabogados.com for additional information. 

6. How much Accomsorted costs? 

Accomsorted fees equate to 50% of the rent of the first month. In case the tenant or the landlord could require additional services such as tenancy agreement legal advice, rental management (apartment maintenance, monthly rent and bills collection, regular cleaning services…), please contact us for custom quote. 

7. Can Accomsorted provide Legal advice to both tenants and landlords/landladies?

8. When will I get back the deposit?
